• Respond promptly to inquiries.
• Inform LANKA.TRADE immediately about delays or issues.
• Maintain professional communication at all times.
Suppliers shall:
• Deliver products according to agreed timelines.
• Notify LANKA.TRADE about any potential delays.
• Take reasonable measures to ensure proper packaging and handling.
Suppliers shall:
• Respect confidential information.
• Protect buyer information.
• Avoid contacting buyers directly unless authorized by LANKA.TRADE.
• Refrain from bypassing LANKA.TRADE in transactions initiated through the platform.
Suppliers shall not engage in:
• Fraudulent practices.
• Bribery or corruption.
• Counterfeit products.
• Misrepresentation of origin or certifications.
• Illegal activities.
Suppliers are expected to:
• Treat customers and partners respectfully.
• Maintain professional behavior.
• Avoid abusive or offensive communication.
Suppliers are encouraged to:
• Reduce waste and environmental impact.
• Promote responsible sourcing practices.
• Support ethical and sustainable production methods.
LANKA.TRADE may evaluate suppliers based on:

• Documentation readiness.

Suppliers may receive ratings and classifications to maintain trust within the network.
LANKA.TRADE reserves the right to:
• Suspend supplier access.
• Remove supplier listings.
• Reject future opportunities.
• Terminate relationships without notice in cases of serious misconduct or repeated violations.
By registering or participating as a supplier through LANKA.TRADE, suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct.
